Working with us

Do I need to be technical to work with you?

Not at all. That’s the whole point — you explain the problem in everyday words and we handle the rest.

Do you work remotely or come on site?

Both. A lot can be done safely online, and we come to you for networks, devices and anything hands-on.

Where do you work?

We’re based in the Netherlands and help people across the country — remotely anywhere, and in person within a comfortable travel distance.

What does it cost?

We’ll always agree an estimate with you before starting, with no hidden extras. A first chat to see if we can help is free and without obligation.

Do I need a contract or subscription?

No. Most of what we do is simply per job or per question. If ongoing help ever makes sense for you, we’ll discuss it openly — but you never need a contract to ask.

What if you can’t fix it?

Then we say so, honestly. If your question is outside what we do, we’ll tell you and point you towards someone who can help — we’d rather do that than keep you guessing.

Will I understand what you did?

Yes. We explain as we go and leave you a short plain-language write-up of what changed — and we’re not done until you agree everything works.

Which languages do you speak?

We work in Dutch and English, and this site is also available in German and French.

Microsoft 365 & your data

Will I lose my emails or files if I switch to Microsoft 365?

No. We migrate everything carefully — mail, calendars, contacts and files — and check it all arrived before switching anything off.

Is my data safe with this?

Yes. Your files live in Microsoft’s secure cloud with backups, and we set up sensible access so only the right people can see them.

Do I need to buy new software or licences?

Sometimes a Microsoft 365 subscription is needed, and we’ll tell you exactly what and why before anything is bought — no surprises.
