We’re a small IT company in the Netherlands, for small businesses and homes. You’ll usually talk to Richard. Tell us what’s not working, in your own words — we’ll fix it, explain it, and we don’t call it done until you agree it works.
What it’s like to work with us
No ticket numbers, no call centre, no jargon. You talk to the same person every time, you hear what it costs before we start, and afterwards you get a short, plain-language write-up of what we did. And if something isn’t worth fixing, we’ll tell you that too.

We’re not finished until you agree it works. You also get a short write-up, so you know exactly what changed.

Mostly small businesses without an IT department — shops, practices, agencies — and homes and families: home offices, students, parents, grandparents. If your question feels too small for a big IT firm, it’s exactly right for us.

Do I need to be technical to work with you?
Not at all. You describe the problem in everyday words and we handle the rest — and explain it back in everyday words too.
Will I lose my emails or files if I switch to Microsoft 365?
No. We migrate everything carefully — mail, calendars, contacts and files — and check it all arrived before switching anything off.
Do you work remotely or come on site?
Both. A lot can be done safely online, and we come to you for networks, devices and anything hands-on.
Have an IT question?
Email us what’s going on — plain words are fine, screenshots help. We usually reply the same working day, and asking costs nothing.
